Amy Vogsland

Amy is Vice President of Customer Operations at Fortra. She has a decade of experience leading customer-focused initiatives that enhance collaboration between Fortra and the organizations it serves around the world. In her role, Amy oversees maintenance renewals, invoicing and licensing key management, enabling users to maximize the capabilities of their Fortra solutions every day.

Amy joined Fortra as an Account Specialist in 2009, taking on senior roles within a few short years. Amy then shifted her focus to helping prospective customers understand the benefits of Fortra solutions as Associate Director of Sales Support. In 2020, she became Director of Customer Operations followed by Senior Director, where she honed her expertise leading the maintenance renewals team.

Amy has a B.A. in Management from the College of Saint Benedict in St. Joseph, Minnesota.
