Jennifer Freire

Jennifer Freire, CRHA, currently serves as the People Experience Director - Global and Director of HR - Americas at Fortra, starting in April 2023. Prior to this role, Jennifer held the positions of VP of HR and Human Resources Director at Fortra's Terranova Security from June 2021 to April 2023 and was the Human Resources Manager - Canada at Grass Valley from February 2019 to May 2021. Additional experience includes Human Resources Director at KnowledgeOne from March 2017 to February 2019, and various HR roles at KnowledgeOne Inc. and Rideau Recognition Solutions from 2007 to 2017. Jennifer's educational background includes a Professional Goal-Centric Coaching Program and a Bachelor of Commerce in Human Resources Management from Concordia University, along with a D.E.C. in Commerce from Vanier College. Jennifer is recognized for strategic HR guidance, employee engagement initiatives, conflict resolution, and continuous improvement of HR processes.
