Kate Bolseth

Kate Bolseth is Chief Executive Officer at Fortra. Bolseth joined Fortra in October 2015 as General Manager of the Cross-Platform business unit where she was responsible for growing Fortra cross platform product lines including setting strategy and overseeing execution of all operational functions. Kate has most previously held the role of Chief Operating Officer at Fortra.

Prior to joining Fortra, Kate held numerous c-level and executive roles at companies including Jingit, Amcom Software (now Spok), and HighJump, respectively. Throughout her career, she has helped companies grow by championing product vision and execution, improving time to market for product solutions, improving operational excellence and delivery, and driving significant financial growth and profitability.

She holds a B.S. in Quantitative Methods and Computer Science from the University of St. Thomas in St. Paul, MN and is an active mentor in the Twin Cities community.
