Victoria Mullady, MBA, is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in customer operations and management. Currently serving as Associate Director of Customer Operations at Fortra since June 2019, Victoria oversees teams dedicated to customer retention, sales processing, software license delivery, and US export compliance, focusing on delivering exceptional service while maintaining high retention rates. Prior roles at Fortra include Senior Manager and Customer Operations Manager, where responsibilities encompassed analyzing performance metrics, process improvement, and collaboration across departments. Before joining Fortra, Victoria spent eight years at One Source The Background Check Company, progressing from Operational Specialist to General Manager, where leadership involved operations, compliance, and customer relationship management.
