David Cooper

Dave Cooper is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in human resources and staffing. Currently serving as the Chief Administrative Officer at Fortrea since May 2023, Dave leads global functions including Human Resources, Procurement, Facilities, and Communications. Prior roles include Vice President of Enterprise Staffing and Recruiting at Labcorp and Chief Human Resources Officer at Q² Solutions, a Quintiles Quest Joint Venture. Additionally, Dave held several key positions at Quintiles, including Vice President of Global HR Operations and Staffing, and VP Global Staffing, and served as Director of Global Staffing at Solectron. Dave's career in staffing began at Govig and Associates as Vice President of Staffing. Educationally, Dave holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Management from Georgia Tech Scheller College of Business, obtained in 1992.
