Joan Brown EdD, MBA, CCE is an experienced leader in healthcare operations, data analytics, and education. Currently serving as the Head of Operations at Fortrea's Rapid Development AI/ML Innovation Studio, Joan drives innovation and operational excellence. As an adjunct professor at both the Keck School of Medicine and the Sol Price School of Public Policy, Joan imparts knowledge in health information systems.
