Megan Biggs

Megan Biggs has extensive experience in human resources and talent acquisition. Megan is currently working as the Director of Human Resources at Fortress Building Products since January 2023. In this role, they are responsible for leading all recruitment efforts and managing a team of one Recruiter and one HR Admin.

Prior to their current position, Megan worked as a People Manager (HR) at Fortress Building Products from January 2021 to December 2022. In this role, they successfully led full cycle recruitment across various departments and provided coaching and development to their team members.

Before joining Fortress Building Products, Megan was a Senior Recruiter at Fortress Building Products from October 2018 to January 2021. In this role, they handled full cycle recruitment and new hire onboarding for various departments, including Sales, Marketing, IT, Finance, Operations, Product Development, and Product Management.

Earlier in their career, Megan worked as an Instructional Designer at Fossil Group, Inc. from April 2016 to December 2017. Megan also served as a Talent Acquisition Coordinator at Fossil Group, Inc. from July 2014 to April 2016.

Before joining Fossil Group, Inc., Megan worked as an HR Specialist in Diversity & Emerging Talent at JCPenney from June 2010 to May 2013.

Megan began their career as an HR Intern at Omni Hotels & Resorts from June 2009 to August 2009.

Throughout their career, Megan has gained extensive experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, and HR management.

Megan Biggs completed their Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Organizational Behavior and Human Resource Management at the University of North Texas in 2010. Later, in 2015, they obtained an Associate of Applied Art degree in Graphic Design from The Art Institutes.
