Ashley Archibald

Ashley Archibald, SHRM-CP, is an accomplished human resources professional currently serving as Vice President of People at Fortress Information Security since May 2021, following roles as Director of Human Resources Operations and Human Resources Manager. Prior experience includes a decade at Walgreens, where responsibilities ranged from Store Manager overseeing retail and pharmacy operations to contributions on various initiatives such as the Recruitment Team and the Corporate Learning and Talent Development Team. Additionally, achievements include leading pharmacy projects and receiving the Champion of Champions award for Corporate Social Responsibility. Prior to Walgreens, Ashley was a Campaign Manager for Lee Mangold for Florida House 28. Academically, Ashley holds a Master of Science in Management and Leadership from Western Governors University and a Bachelor of Science in Political Science and Government from Troy University, along with an Associate of Arts in Psychology from Valencia College.
