Matt Mueller

As Vice President of Engineering, Mueller is responsible for Fortress' software development organization.

Prior to his current position, Mueller spent 10 years as a software developer, project manager and technical architect involved in projects across a variety of industries including healthcare, automotive, and consumer electronics. In 2015, Mueller managed a project that was awarded multiple CES awards including best innovation (disruptive tech) and best in show. Before that, Mueller led an initiative that pioneered an industry-first digital exchange for healthcare documents and resulted in over 20 IHE healthcare certifications for 4 consecutive years. In another prior role, Mueller served as the sole technical project manager in the creation of a search engine focused on automotive sales.

Mueller holds a Bachelor’s in Computer Science from Stevens-Henager college.
