Ray Brunell

Ray Brunell is an accomplished Quality Assurance Automation Engineer at Fortress Information Security since May 2023, specializing in developing and integrating automated testing frameworks and collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to define testing needs. Previously, Ray served as a Senior Software QA Engineer at the Center for Internet Security from August 2019 to March 2023, where efforts focused on managing automation code work to elevate quality standards and maintain automated pipeline integrity. Prior experience as a Systems Programmer and QA Team Lead at Expensify involved creating a comprehensive framework for software development lifecycle testing for financial applications using industry-standard tools such as Selenium. Ray is currently pursuing a Master's degree in Cybersecurity at the Katz School of Science and Health, having completed a Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity from Purdue Global and an Associate degree in Computer Information Technology from Gogebic Community College.
