Saneel Amin

As Chief Financial Officer, Amin is responsible for Fortress' Finances including development of the annual operating objectives, monitoring business performance, evaluation of strategic opportunities, and collaborating with Fortress Leaders to support their business lines and sales initiatives.

Prior to his current position, Amin served as the Chief Financial Officer at Greenshades Software, a payroll and compliance SaaS software business and was responsible for all Finance, HR, and Legal matters. From 2015 to 2019, Amin served as the Vice President of Finance at Plansource Software, a SaaS Benefits Administration business, during signfiicant growth with multiple acquisitions and recapitalizations including significant investments from Great Hill Partners and Vista Equity Partners. From 2011 to 2015, Amin served in various Finance roles, with the Fortress founders, at Digital Risk leading to the sale and subsequent transition of the business to a Hewlett Packard subsidiary. Prior to his time in Corporate Finance, he provided Professional Services including positions at Ernst and Young and other consulting businesses providing compliance, advisory, technology, and data analytics services.

Amin holds a Bachelor's in Accounting and a Master's in Accounting from the University of Florida and is a Certified Public Accounting.
