Gavin Kieran

Gavin Kieran is a seasoned professional in development and construction, currently serving as Director - Development, Construction & ESG - Europe at Fortress Investment Group since October 2019, after holding the role of Senior Vice President in the same department. Previously, Gavin was VP Development & Construction at M3 Consulting, leading various projects from inception to completion across Europe. Notable earlier roles include International Project Manager at easyGroup, where involvement included the implementation of retail stores across multiple countries, and Project Manager for the NBA/Hard Rock Cafe joint venture, which featured significant projects at Universal Studios Florida. Gavin's career began as a European Project Manager at Hard Rock Cafe and included a role as Project Manager at Gleeds. Educational qualifications include an MSc in Property Investment & Finance from Cass Business School and a BSc in Surveying from the University of Westminster.
