Kevin McDonald

Kevin McDonald is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in leadership roles across various industries. Currently serving as the Director of Finance at Fortress since October 2024, Kevin previously held the position of Group CFO at Darling Group from October 2022 to October 2024. Prior to that, Kevin was the Financial Controller at food&desire. from July 2019 to October 2022, and Finance Manager at LUCAS Restaurants from May 2013 to July 2019. Kevin's earlier career includes roles as Systems Accountant at Air International Thermal Systems, where responsibilities included managing a Financial Management System and preparing BAS reconciliations, as well as positions as Accountant at DSC Chartered Accountants and Trainee Accountant at Cook Trotter LLP Chartered Accountants. Kevin holds an Advanced Diploma in Accounting and Business from the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants and has studied at the Association of Accounting Technicians.
