Joe Uhr is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in business excellence and operational management within the technology and telecommunications sectors. Currently serving as SVP of Business Excellence at Fortress Solutions since January 2014, Joe Uhr specializes in customer and vendor engagement, pricing, quality, efficiency, and problem-solving. Formerly, Joe Uhr held the position of Senior Vice President of Repair Operations, overseeing all operational processes and a team of 75 personnel related to telecom/IP/video infrastructure. Prior experience includes serving as Senior Director of Quality, CSAT & CSR at GENBAND, where Joe Uhr established supply chains for critical components and implemented quality management systems.
