Al Basseri

Al Basseri is an accomplished technology executive with extensive experience in leadership roles across various organizations. Currently serving as Chief Technology Officer at Ferret since July 2023, Al Basseri oversees engineering for a generative AI platform designed to provide real-time, unbiased intelligence for risk identification and opportunity recognition. Additionally, Al holds the position of CTO at FortressSecure, focusing on decentralized security and AI cybersecurity solutions for multi-cloud storage. Previous leadership roles include CEO at Scalytics, SVP of Field Engineering at DBM Cloud Systems, and VP of Solution Architects at Tegile Systems, among others. Al's background also includes significant contributions in sales engineering and business development, supported by a Master's degree in Computer Science and Business from San Jose State University.
