Gary Guercio, CISSP, CISA, CCSK

Gary Guercio, CISSP, CISA, CCSK has over 20 years of experience in the information security and IT audit industry. Gary began their career in 2002 as an IT Auditor at UKW. In 2003, they joined Gannett as a Senior IT Auditor. In 2005, they moved to BearingPoint as a Senior Consultant. In 2007, they joined Booz Allen Hamilton as a Senior Consultant, where they were promoted to Lead Associate. In 2012, they joined Veris Group, LLC (now Coalfire Systems) as a Director of Governance, Risk, and Compliance and Director of Strategic Programs. In 2017, they moved to Coalfire as Managing Principal FedRAMP & Assurance Services (FAS). In 2021, they became a Senior Security Consultant for Self Employed. Gary currently holds the position of Senior Director at Fortreum, since 2022.

Gary Guercio has a Bachelor's degree in Management Science and Information Technology from Virginia Tech, which they obtained between 1997 and 2001. Gary also holds the certifications of CISSP, CISA, and CCSK.
