Kristen Brothers

Kristen Brothers has extensive work experience in the health care industry. Kristen began their career in 1999 as a Management Engineer for OhioHealth. In 2002, they became an Operations Manager for Administration at Riverside Methodist Hospital. Kristen then moved to Mount Carmel Health System in 2010, where they worked as a Manager of Market Research. Kristen also held the role of Service Excellence Administrator at Mount Carmel St. Ann's in 2010. From 2012 to 2016, they worked as a Senior Analyst for Vizient, Inc. Most recently, they have been a Director at Fortuity since 2017, where they oversee the state of the art omni-channel outsourced customer experience and BPO services.

Kristen Brothers holds a Bachelor of Science in Health Information Management & Information Systems from The Ohio State University and an MBA in Business Administration from Otterbein University.
