Anne Olsmo is an experienced HR professional with a strong background in leadership and strategic human resource management. Currently serving as Senior Manager People and Head of Learning & Performance at Fortum since October 2020, Anne has held various significant roles including Senior Business People Partner. Previous experience includes interim assignments as Senior HR Consultant and Interim HR Manager at Anne Olsmo Konsult AB and extensive HR leadership positions at Shiloh Industries and SCA Hygiene Products, where strategic HR deliverables and operational oversight were key responsibilities.
