Anton Steen

Anton Steen has a diverse and extensive work experience, primarily in the energy sector. Anton is currently the Vice President of Corporate Relations at Fortum since June 2023. Prior to this role, they held the position of Vice President of Public Affairs at Fortum from August 2019 to June 2023. Before joining Fortum, Anton worked as the responsible for societal contacts at Energiföretagen Sverige from January 2017 to August 2019. Anton also served as a committee secretary at Energikommissionen from May 2015 to January 2017. Anton has experience in wind energy as well, having worked as an analyst and societal contact at Svensk Vindenergi from October 2013 to May 2015. Anton has also been involved in wind power project management at O2, where they were a project leader responsible for establishing new wind power projects in central and northern Sweden, as well as performing market analysis and communication support. Anton started their career as a CSR consultant at Suzlon Energy Ltd, where they were involved in a pilot project to establish sustainability indicators for wind power throughout its life cycle. Anton also held leadership positions at AIESEC Sweden, including Vice President and Local Committee President, where they were responsible for strategic direction, international representation, and financial management.

Anton Steen completed their Bachelor's degree in Ekonomprogrammet at Uppsala University from 2003 to 2007. Anton then pursued a Master's degree in Hållbart företagande/energisystem at Stockholm University from 2008 to 2009.
