Heikki Keskiväli has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and positions. Heikki started their career as a Counter Personnel at McDonald's Corporation, where they gained valuable experience in customer service. Heikki then worked as a Solar Business Development Trainee and later as a Solar Business Analyst at Fortum, focusing on international strategic development for renewable energy. Heikki also served as an Advisor to the CEO in Fortum's CEO's Office, providing industry and strategic insights. Heikki played a key role in the Integration Management Office, leading restructuring projects and collaborating with various divisions. Heikki Keskiväli also held roles as Manager and Director of Strategic Projects at Fortum, leading teams and focusing on discontinuing coal use in Finland. Currently, they serve as a Vice President of Corporate Strategy at Fortum and as a Board Member of Turun Seudun Energiantuotanto Oy. Additionally, they were a Member of the Board of Advisors for startup company EntoCube, providing strategic and sales guidance.

Heikki Keskiväli began their education by graduating from Salpausselkä Upper Secondary School in 2008. Heikki then attended Aalto University from 2009 to 2013, earning a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) in Energy Engineering. Following this, Heikki pursued a Master of Science (M.Sc.) in Energy Engineering from Aalto University from 2013 to 2014. In 2014, they also completed a Master of Science (M.Sc.) in Entrepreneurship/Entrepreneurial Studies from Stanford University. Heikki further enhanced their entrepreneurial skills by attending the Venture Capital Executive Program at the University of California, Berkeley, Haas School of Business in 2016.
