Henry Sammalniemi

Henry Sammalniemi is a seasoned Senior Asset Manager at Fortum, with a career spanning multiple roles since 2003, including Technical Manager, Site Manager, Project Manager, Maintenance Manager, Team Manager, and Planning Engineer. Sammalniemi has extensive experience in managing and overseeing the technical and operational aspects of Fortum's Thermal unit assets, particularly at the Inkoo power plant, while also contributing to the preservation projects and development initiatives for heavy electricity-consuming industrial customers. Prior to Fortum, Sammalniemi worked as a Production Engineer at Saajos Oy, focusing on production scheduling and material procurement.
