Jørn Collett Reffhaug has a wide range of experience in various roles within the energy and customer service industries. Jørn Collett started their career at Hafslund Kundesenter AS in 2004 as a Customer Service Advisor and later became a Project Worker and Head of Department. In 2007, they joined Hafslund ASA as a Project Coordinator and advisor. In 2010, they moved to Hafslund Tellier AS as a Project Manager, leading a large-scale software implementation project. Reffhaug then joined Hafslund Strøm AS in 2012 and held multiple roles, including Head of Department, Change Manager, Manager Strøm, and General Manager of Hafslund Kundesenter AS. In 2018, they joined Fortum as a Business Development Manager and a Board Member. Jørn Collett was later appointed as the Acting Head of Business Unit Consumer Mobility Services and then took on the role of Head of Customer Engagement & Service for the Living business area. In 2022, they became the Head of Customer Process & Operational Excellence at Fortum. Throughout their career, Reffhaug has demonstrated strong leadership skills, managing teams of various sizes and providing excellent customer service.
Jørn Collett Reffhaug has a Bachelor's degree in Sales and Marketing from Kristiania University College, which was obtained from 2001 to 2004. Jørn Collett also holds three Master's degrees from BI Norwegian Business School. The first one is in Strategic Leadership, obtained from 2013 to 2014. The second one is in Innovation and Commercialization, obtained from 2015 to 2016. Lastly, they have a Master's degree in Project Management, obtained from 2016 to 2017. In addition, Jørn has obtained certifications in Kommunikasjon og lederskap from Dale Carnegie Training Norge, and Lean Six Sigma Green belt certification from Lean Communications AS in 2019.
