Jozef Augustynow

Jozef Augustynow is an experienced product development and digitalization manager at Fortum since May 2017, overseeing the entire product development life cycle. Prior to this role, Jozef served as the Director of the Project Management Office at Redknee, where responsibilities included integrating product development operations, managing post-acquisition activities, and implementing new organizational processes. As the RD Head of Innovation at Redknee, Jozef revolutionized application features and conducted M2M market research. Jozef also held multiple positions at Nokia Siemens Networks, including RD Head of Innovation, where innovations in big data and transaction monetization were commercialized, along with product line management and management roles that shaped product roadmaps and drove customer advocacy. Jozef's career began at Siemens, leading software development and integration teams. Jozef holds a degree in Telecommunication from Wrocław University of Science and Technology.
