Kalle Kuokka

Kalle Kuokka has a diverse work experience in the energy and trading industry. Kalle started their career at Fortum in 2000 as a Pricing & Risk Analyst and later became the Head of Financial Portfolio Management. In 2007, they joined Danske Bank as a Senior Trader, specializing in commodities trading. Kalle then joined EGL Finland as the Managing Director and Head of Portfolio Management, focusing on energy trading and risk management. In 2012, Kalle moved to Axpo Nordic as the Head of Nordic Projects, leading business development and strategy efforts. Kalle returned to Fortum in 2016 as the Head of Hedging and Structuring, Vice President of Portfolio Management and Pricing, and later became the Head of Hedging and B2B. In their current role, Kalle oversees portfolio management, pricing strategies, and optimization of physical assets and hedging portfolios.

Kalle Kuokka obtained a Master's degree in technology (M.Sc) from LUT University from 1996 to 2001. Additionally, they obtained a certification as a Certified EFFAS Financial Analyst (CEFA) from EFFAS - The European Federation of Financial Analysts Societies in 2004.
