Kristina Kinik

Kristina Kinik has over 20 years of experience in communications and leadership roles. Kristina started their career at the Swedish National Police Board, where they worked on strategic communication planning and coordination. Kristina then moved on to Razorfish, where they worked as a consultant, managing projects related to organizational and process changes. Later, they joined Razorfish Stockholm as an internal communication manager, responsible for establishing an internal communication platform. Kristina then joined SWECO VBB AB as a communication manager, where they built the communications function and handled internal routines and branding. Currently, Kristina is working at Fortum, where they have held various roles including Director of Employee and Leadership Communications, Head of Communications and Dialogue, Head of Communications, Internal Dialogue, Head of Digital Communications, Head of Content Development team, and Head of Communications and Business support. In their roles at Fortum, they have been responsible for a wide range of communication activities including employee and leadership communications, dialogue management, digital communications, content development, change communication, crisis communication, and strategic support to management.

Kristina Kinik attended IHM Business School from 1996 to 1998, where they studied DIHM Strategic Information and Business Communication.
