Martine Haugen Lia

Martine Haugen Lia currently serves as a Digital Development Specialist at Fortum since May 2024, having previously held the position of Digital Marketing Specialist. Prior to Fortum, Martine worked at NorgesEnergi AS from April 2022 to May 2024 as a Digital Sales and Marketing Specialist and Marketing Specialist in Telco. Martine co-founded Pureté and Triple Threat Media, where Martine contributed as a partner and digital marketer, respectively. Additional experience includes a marketing internship at Respiro and roles in sales and service at Elkjøp Norge AS, Flying Tiger Copenhagen, and Peppes Pizza. Martine's military service was completed in the Norwegian Armed Forces from October 2016 to October 2017. Martine holds a degree in Marketing and Management from the School of Business and Law, University of Agder (2018-2021) and further education from Noroff, completed in June 2022.
