Terhi Powell

Terhi Powell has over two decades of experience in financial services, currently serving as Director of Order-to-Cash at Fortum since August 2007, where leadership encompasses order-to-cash service delivery and process development across multiple sites. Previous roles at Fortum include Head of Order-to-Cash, focusing on service development and internal customer support, as well as Head of Back Office Services and Head of Process Management, driving process improvement initiatives and team coordination. Prior to Fortum, Terhi held positions at ExxonMobil, including Team Leader for Credit Processes, where alignment of European enhancements with global initiatives was key, and Credit Analyst roles facilitating the migration of services. Terhi's career began at IBM as a Helpdesk Analyst. Educational qualifications include an MSc in Economics, Management, and Organization from Turku School of Economics.
