Tuomas Yrttiaho

Tuomas Yrttiaho is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in the energy sector, currently serving as the Senior Business Manager and Managing Director at Fortum since February 2017. In this role, Tuomas holds overall P&L responsibility for the Finnish consumer business and is a key member of the Nordic Energy Consumer Customers Leadership Team. Previous positions at Fortum include Business Manager and Offerings and Customer Concepts Manager, where Tuomas led business operations and contributed to strategic development within the Finnish consumer business unit. Prior to Fortum, Tuomas worked at Empower IM Oy, progressing from Project Manager to Service Manager, where responsibilities included leading teams to ensure data quality and managing smart grid projects. Tuomas holds a Master’s Degree in Energy Economics and Power Plant Engineering from Teknillinen korkeakoulu-Tekniska högskolan.
