Anna Holubářová

Anna Holubářová is an experienced HR professional, currently serving as the HR Business Partnering Manager at FEG since January 2019. In this role, Anna leads the HRBP and Talent Acquisition team, develops HR strategies aligned with business needs, and provides legal advisory at all managerial levels. Anna's responsibilities encompass managing the employee lifecycle, organizational changes, and HR reporting processes. Prior to this, Anna held various HR roles at FEG and worked as a recruiter for Honeywell and IBM. With an educational background in Andragogika from Masaryk University Brno and a degree in Vocational Education Consulting from the Czech University of Life Sciences Prague, Anna possesses a strong foundation in human resource management and employee development.
