Pramod Prusty

Pramod Prusty currently serves as the President and CEO of Fortuna Holdings, overseeing multiple global mining assets managed under various stages of development and operation, including gold, manganese, and lithium. As Managing Director at Sogemip Mining, Pramod handles copper and cobalt exploration permits in the DRC. Additionally, Pramod is a Principal Advisor at Equitane, providing guidance on mineral and mining asset development, and serves as Founder Director and Chairman of the Technical Committee for FG Gold. With extensive experience spanning over three decades, Pramod's previous roles include Vice President at Essar, Group General Manager at BMM Ispat Ltd., and Country Head for Latin America at Ispat Industries Ltd. Educational qualifications include an Advanced Management Program from the Indian Institute of Management Bangalore, a managing business program from ESCP Business School, and a postgraduate degree in Applied Geology from Utkal University.
