Jesus Puente

Jesus Puente has significant experience in the mining industry, currently serving as CEO & Presidente of Compañia Minera Dore SAC since August 2015, where responsibilities include overseeing the project's development from prospecting through advanced exploration, reserve evaluation, mine preparation, and pilot plant construction, ultimately negotiating investments for intensive operational mining. Additionally, Jesus Puente has held the position of Gerente General at Compañía Minera Doré SAC since 2008, leading the project from its initial stages through to operation, with a focus on maximizing operations amid favorable international metal prices. Prior roles include Jefe de Exploraciones at Minera Bateas SAC and Senior Geologist at South American Management SAC, contributing expertise in geological evaluation and exploration. Jesus Puente holds a degree in Geological Engineering with a specialization in mineral deposits from Universidad Nacional Mayor de San Marcos, obtained between 1979 and 1986.
