Angie Heimgartner, SHRM-SCP, PMP, serves as the Vice President of HR Operations at Fortune Brands Innovations since June 2025, bringing a wealth of experience in enhancing employee experiences and optimizing HR operations. Prior roles include Senior Director of Talent Operations at Equity LifeStyle Properties, Inc., and Director of Global HRIS at JLL, where Angie successfully managed HR technology portfolios and executed strategic projects. With expertise spanning companies such as Astellas Pharma, Pfizer, Hospira, Brunswick Corporation, and others, Angie has been instrumental in managing HR systems, operations, and technology initiatives, demonstrating a strong ability to drive operational excellence and foster high-performance cultures. Angie holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting and Finance from the University of Arizona.
