Charity Inglis has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Charity began their career in 2003 as a Personal Injury Case Manager at Brent Adams & Associates. Charity then worked as a Legal Assistant at Moore & Van Allen, PLLC from 2004 to 2006. Following this, Charity held the position of Litigation Paralegal at Ragsdale Liggett PLLC from 2006 to 2011 and at Brooks, Pierce, McLendon, Humphrey & Leonard, LLP from 2011 to 2013.

In 2013, Charity transitioned to the field of HR and joined Wolfspeed. Charity started as a Paralegal for Employment, Benefits, and Litigation, and gradually progressed to roles such as Employee Relations Specialist, HR Business Partner for Global Operations, Manager of the Global HR Service Center, Director of Global HR Operations, Senior Director of Global HR Operations, and finally Vice President of Global HR Operations.

Charity's tenure at Wolfspeed spanned from 2013 to the present, showcasing their long-term commitment to the organization. Through their various HR roles, Charity has gained extensive experience in overseeing global HR operations and managing HR service centers. Overall, their career progression demonstrates their adaptability and expertise in both the legal and HR fields.

Charity Inglis, MSHR has a Master of Human Resource Management degree from Fort Hays State University, which they completed from 2014 to 2016. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration-Mgt & Organizational Development from the University of Mount Olive, which they completed from 2006 to 2008.
