Talbot Hoffman

Talbot Hoffman has over 13 years of experience in the field of talent acquisition and recruitment. Talbot started their career as a Merchant Sales Consultant at BB&T in 2009 and worked there until 2010. Talbot then joined Principle Solutions Group in 2010 and steadily progressed through various roles, ultimately becoming a Recruiting Practice Lead. Talbot specialized in Functional IT Recruiting for national enterprise clients and was responsible for identifying top talent and mentoring others. In 2018, they joined Eliassen Group as a Recruiting Practice Lead after the company merged with Principle Solutions Group. Talbot continued their role of identifying top talent and training and mentoring recruiting peers. Talbot then worked as a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner at LexisNexis Risk Solutions Group from 2021 to 2023. Currently, they are serving as a Lead Technical Recruiter at Fortune Brands Innovations.

Talbot Hoffman attended Peace College from 2004 to 2008, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communication. In 2018, they also obtained the SAFe® 4 Certified Agilist certification from Scaled Agile, Inc.
