Alison Vance

Alison Vance has extensive work experience in the legal field, with a focus on employment and benefits. Alison started their career in 2003 as a Member at Butler Snow LLP. In 2013, they joined Baxter International Inc. as a Senior Counsel, handling litigation and employment matters. After two years, they joined Baxalta in the same role. Since 2016, Alison has been with Fortune Brands Home & Security, first as an Associate General Counsel and then as Vice President, Associate General Counsel, responsible for employment and benefits.

Alison Vance obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in English with High Honors from The University of Southern Mississippi in 1999. Alison then went on to earn a Juris Doctor degree with magna cum laude honors from the University of Mississippi in 2003.
