Katerina Tsekoura

Katerina Tsekoura is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in sales operations and customer service management. Currently serving as a Sales Operations Manager at Fortune Greece since April 2023, Katerina previously held the role of CS Senior at PeopleCert, where responsibilities included coordinating cross-departmental cases, training agents, and managing performance metrics.
