Rachel Ventresca is the Senior Audience Editor at Fortune Magazine. Rachel was previously the Manager of Social Media at Cheddar News from October 2019 to May 2022. Prior to that, they interned at NBC News from January 2019 to May 2019, where they increased stories' visual elements by monitoring social media platforms for images and user-generated content, and transcribed congressional press conferences, floor debates, and interviews for reporters. Rachel also interned at CNN from September 2018 to December 2018, where they authored over 30 articles utilizing SEO best practices that were featured on the CNN and CNNPolitics.com homepages, edited, curated, and managed content for CNN’s political coverage through a content management system (CMS), and researched congressional and presidential news to assist reporters throughout the 2018 midterm election and Supreme Court Justice Brett Kavanaugh's nomination. In addition, they interned at Cumulus Media from May 2018 to August 2018 as a Promotions Intern, and at The National Society of Collegiate Scholars from May 2018 to August 2018 as a Business Management & Marketing Intern.

Rachel Ventresca received a Bachelor of Arts in Journalism and Mass Communication from The George Washington University Columbian College of Arts & Sciences. Rachel also has a Minor in Business Administration from the same school. Rachel later pursued their studies in Journalism at City, University of London.
