Lauren Pitman, LCSW, LICSW, is an experienced social worker with a diverse background in medical and clinical settings. Currently, Lauren serves as a Travel Medical Social Worker for Fortus Resources since April 2019, following roles as a Social Worker at Kindred Healthcare and a Travel Social Worker with Med Travelers earlier in 2017.
