Melaina Cannistra

Melaina Cannistra is an accomplished accountant with extensive experience in various financial roles. Since April 2013, Melaina has been fulfilling accounting functions for The Fortus Group, handling payroll processing and profit margin calculations for travel nursing divisions. Prior to this, Melaina served as a bookkeeper at New York Sash from June 2010 to April 2013, utilizing Quickbooks for financial management tasks, including accounts payable and receivable. Additionally, Melaina has been a manager and waitress at The Chowder House since February 2003, where responsibilities include operating the POS system and providing excellent customer service. Melaina holds an MBA in Technology Management with a focus on Accounting/Finance from SUNY Polytechnic Institute, completed in 2011.
