John Boniberger

John Boniberger has over three decades of experience in engineering and operations within the commercial real estate and military sectors. Since January 2020, John serves as the Director of Engineering and Operations at Rudin, after holding various roles including Operations Manager and Property Manager at Rudin Management Co., Inc. from February 1992 to January 2020. John’s responsibilities have included the management and maintenance of HVAC systems across several major New York City buildings. Prior to this, John served in the US Navy as a Fire Controlman 2nd Class from October 1985 to January 1992, where John managed weapons direction equipment onboard naval vessels.
