Gabriela Lucas

Gabriela Lucas has a diverse work experience in the field of engineering operations and supply chain management. Gabriela started their career at NAPCO Security Technologies in 2013 as an Engineering Operations Coordinator, where they played a crucial role in coordinating engineering operations. In 2017, they were promoted to the position of Engineering Operations Supervisor, where they assumed additional responsibilities in managing the department. Currently, they hold the role of Engineering Operations/Supply Chain Manager at NAPCO Security Technologies, starting in November 2022.

In addition to their experience at NAPCO Security Technologies, Gabriela also had a brief stint at Berry in 2013 as a Service Order Keyer.

Gabriela Lucas pursued their education with dedication and perseverance. In 2009, they enrolled at Pontificia Universidad Católica Madre y Maestra and graduated in 2014 with a Grado en Ingeniería in Industrial Engineering. Determined to further enhance their knowledge and skills, they recently completed a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree at Southern New Hampshire University from 2020 to 2022. Gabriela'sfocus during their MBA studies was on Logistics, Materials, and Supply Chain Management. Gabriela's educational background in both engineering and business management showcases their diverse range of expertise and their commitment to continuous learning.
