Andrew Kerr

Andrew Kerr has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. In 2003, they worked as a Project Manager for the U.S. Office of Personnel Management, where they led a training initiative and served as a Special Assistant to the Under Secretary for Intelligence & Critical Infrastructure Protection at the Department of Homeland Security. From 2006 to 2012, Kerr served as the Director of IT Learning Solutions at HCA, managing a department that provided a range of learning solutions for IT initiatives. In 2012, they became the General Manager of Vision Consulting, a healthcare IT staffing and consulting firm, generating revenues of over $4M in the first year. From 2014 to 2016, Kerr was the AVP, Technical Services for Parallon Technology Solutions, leading the strategic direction and delivery of IT solutions. Andrew then served as the Director of Operations at Ziiio from 2016 to 2021. Kerr is currently an Adjunct Professor at Lipscomb University since 2019. Since 2016, they have also been the CEO and Managing Partner of FortyAU, a technology consulting company specializing in custom software development with an emphasis on innovation and high-quality solutions.

Andrew Kerr completed their Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science and Anthropology at Vanderbilt University from 1996 to 2000. Following their undergraduate studies, they pursued further education at Vanderbilt University - Peabody College and obtained a Master of Education degree in Organizational Leadership from 2001 to 2003. In addition to their formal education, Andrew has also obtained certifications as a Change Style Indicator Facilitator from Discovery Learning, Inc. in May 2010, and as a DDI Certified Facilitator from Development Dimensions International in August 2009.
