Nick Clarke is an experienced executive with a strong background in leading technology and energy companies. Currently serving as Chief Executive Officer at Fortysouth since February 2023 and Chief Commercial Officer at Intdevice since September 2021, Nick focuses on advancing wireless charging technology for high-power electric vehicles. Previous roles include General Manager of Geothermal and Safety at Mercury NZ, where responsibilities included overseeing the geothermal business and enhancing free cash flow, and General Manager at Mighty River Power prior to its rebranding as Mercury. Nick has also held significant positions at Southern Cross Cable Network, overseeing board operations and sales growth, and Spark New Zealand, where leadership encompassed a $150 million EBITDA wholesale and international business. Additionally, earlier experience includes various roles at Woosh Wireless and Cable & Wireless UK. Nick holds a BCom LLB (Hons) degree from The University of Auckland.
