Brooke Reagan

Brooke Reagan is an experienced professional with a diverse background in management and customer relations. Currently serving as the Research Department Team Lead at FORUM Credit Union since July 2017, Brooke previously held the position of Research and Administration Account Specialist. Prior to that, Brooke worked as an Account Executive at MOBI Wireless Management from March 2014 to March 2017, focusing on customer retention and growth through new solutions. Brooke's earlier experience includes serving as Project Manager in IT at Bluefish Wireless Management, where project planning and customer onboarding were primary responsibilities, as well as holding the General Manager Operations role, overseeing IT interactions with customers. Brooke's career began at Lenscrafters, where Brooke managed retail and lab teams from May 1993 to October 2005. Brooke attended Ball State University from 1993 to 1994.
