Frank Whelan

Franklin Whelan is a seasoned banking professional with extensive experience in commercial relationship management and business development. Currently serving as a Senior Commercial Relationship Manager at FORUM Credit Union since March 2019, Franklin specializes in providing tailored financial solutions to private, family-owned, and governmental clients with revenues up to $100MM across Indiana. Prior roles include Vice President of Commercial Banking and Vice President, Business Development Team Leader at Salin Bank & Trust Company, where Franklin managed portfolios and developed small business strategies. Franklin's career also includes significant positions at BMO Harris Bank and Huntington National Bank, contributing to commercial lending and investment sales. Franklin holds a Graduate degree from the Barret School of Banking and a BA in Political Science from Hobart and William Smith Colleges.
