Retta Kuechler is the owner of Designs by Retta, specializing in upcycling gently used furniture pieces with a specialty in comic book-inspired designs. Previously, Retta has held roles such as a Vocalist at The Smiley Glee Club, Assistant Manager at Rudy's Watch & Jewelry Repair, and various customer service and management positions in the jewelry and automotive industries. Currently, at FORUM Credit Union, Retta holds various roles in the Indirect Lending Operations department, providing guidance to members on their transactional, account services, and lending needs. Accuracy in transaction processing and issue resolution is crucial in these roles.
