Navia Garcia, CPHR, is an experienced Human Resources professional with a solid background in various roles within the field. Currently serving as a Human Resources Generalist II at Forum Energy Technologies since April 2025, Navia has previously held positions as a Human Resources Generalist at Dynamic Source Manufacturing Inc. and Kintetsu World Express.
