David Pilz is a seasoned professional in the fields of architecture and real estate development, currently serving as Associate Director of Development at Forum Investment Group since January 2020, overseeing the development of multifamily properties exceeding $300 million. Previous experience includes Project Manager at Primary Development, where David contributed to residential and mixed-use projects, and Design Assistant at Preston Scott Cohen, Inc., recognized for significant contributions to a project exhibited at the 2016 Venice Biennale. Early career roles involved design research at MASS Design Group, finance management at envelope A+D, and financial analysis at Tides and Wells Fargo, honing skills in project delivery, financial management, and strategic decision-making. David holds a Master of Architecture from Harvard University Graduate School of Design and a BA in Economics from UC San Diego.
