Margo Black is a seasoned professional in product management and investment, currently serving as Senior Director at Forum Investment Group since May 2021. Margo's prior experience includes the role of Associate Vice President at Cadence Capital Partners and a position as Development Coordinator at HENSEL PHELPS. Margo also gained valuable expertise as a Wealth Analyst at Morgan Stanley Private Wealth Management, where Margo contributed to managing $2.5 billion in assets and led business development initiatives. Early career roles in architecture included intern positions at substance Architecture and DHR Architecture, where Margo engaged in design development and project support. Margo holds a Master's Degree in Real Estate and the Built Environment from the University of Denver and a Bachelor's in Architecture from Iowa State University, which included participation in the Iowa State University Rome Program.
