Nate Spangler

Nate Spangler, P.E. is an experienced construction professional currently serving as Associate Director - Construction at Forum Investment Group since January 2020, following a progression from Senior Associate - Construction. Prior to this role, Nate worked at Gables Residential as Project Engineer and Assistant Project Manager, and at Thornton Tomasetti as Senior Engineer and Project Engineer. Nate's early career began at AECOM as Structural Engineer IV, where responsibilities included preparing project proposals and managing multiple projects in the Oil & Gas sector on Alaska's North Slope. Nate holds a Master of Engineering in Structural Engineering and a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering, both from Lehigh University.
